Nolte Kitchens' Next Major Project: Groundbreaking for New Administration and Bistro Building
After expanding the Nolte Forum from 3,800 m2 to 7,000 m2 in 2021, investments at the Löhne site continue. This results in a new building on the company premises in Anni-Nolte-Straße covering 1,500 m2 to house offices and a bistro for employees and guests. The costs for the new construction amount to a low double-digit million figure.

Even though the home office working model will be increasingly offered in the future, a bistro on the ground floor is intended to create a central meeting point for employees to promote exchange and communication, even across departments.
The continuous increase in new employees also makes the expansion of office buildings necessary. The planning envisages a bright and open spatial concept. In order to optimize the new offices even during times of home office, Nolte Kitchens implements an internal shared desk model - thus avoiding empty office spaces.

In line with the company's philosophy, this construction project also focuses on sustainability, as the entire energy supply is ensured by the company's own heating system, which is operated by burning wood waste from production. To promote e-mobility, numerous charging stations for e-bikes and e-cars for employees are also being installed here.

The construction is scheduled to be completed in 2024, with the groundbreaking ceremony for the project taking place on March 15, 2023.
