Nolte Kitchens is pleased to welcome 18 young talents starting their professional lives in various fields today. The family-owned company, based in Löhne since 1958, offers five apprenticeship positions as well as two practice-integrated degree programs to ensure its future readiness with qualified professionals.

Four industrial clerks, nine wood mechanics, two computer scientists, and three students in the fields of business informatics and wood and furniture technology will start their introductory week on August 1. During this time, the Young Talents will get to know their personal contacts who will support them throughout their entire training period. There will also be training sessions on the topic of kitchens, a factory tour, as well as instructions on environmental protection, sustainability, safety, and health and exercise. This gives the apprentices a comprehensive insight into the company, its philosophy and values, and its complex product, in order to integrate into the Nolte "family" as effectively as possible.

Accordingly, "We at Nolte" is an important theme for identification with the company. And who better to convey the "we" than colleagues who started a year ago? Therefore, the 18 newcomers will get to know the apprentices from the previous year, who will share their experiences in the company and provide introductions to various IT programs. With the apprentice sponsorship, each new apprentice receives direct contacts who can provide support, especially in the initial period, and help with any questions.

The award "Best Place to Learn", which the company received again last year, also sets the standards for the coming training year, as trainer Jovana Matkic explains: "We want to offer our apprentices and students not only a fair salary, company pension scheme, or social benefits, but also to continuously promote them and thus lay the foundation for a successful career. Our large training workshop, language courses, or regular team events address holistic development and promote the togetherness, which we value highly."

Managing Director Melanie Thomann-Bopp is delighted: "We are proud that once again this year many young people have chosen to train with us and that as a company we can provide future professionals with the best possible start. Dear apprentices and students, I wish you an exciting introductory week, welcome to the Nolte family!"
